The apartment

Our apartment “Parth” is located at Radetzkystraße 5/3 in Vienna’s 3rd district and is easily accessible by public transport.


This modern, fully furnished 55 m² apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, an entrance hall, a bathroom (shower and washing machine) and a separate WC. The in-apartment sauna adds an extra touch of luxury.

Radetzkystraße 5 is in Landstraße, Vienna’s 3rd district, in the characterful Weißgerberviertel neighbourhood and just a short walk from the city centre. The Danube Canal, Stadtpark and Wien Mitte, with its U-Bahn, S-Bahn and direct airport connection (CAT City Airport Train), are all within easy reach. Nearby tram lines also make getting around the city quick and convenient. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are close by too – an urban location with excellent transport links.
